Day 10 - Menu plan and motivation

  1. This is how I got my thoughts together last night.

    As you can see, I'd written the part about beans before reading Patrick's comment about treating them as veg, not protein. I ended up diverging from this at lunch (got tin of salmon) and afternoon fruits ended up being banana as I'm going to capoeira tonight.

    The skipping was far from 'sinewy'. More like 'spasmodic'! But I enjoyed myself and showed up.

    Tonight's veg. and carbs are packed and ready, but protein needs some thought. Shame, I like natto!
